At the vet with budi. She's not liking
the doggie smells, poor baby.
The ducks or swans in the crate beside me don't much like the
dogs, either.
Lots of aristo breed canines. No sign of a cat yet.
There's a pair of helpers here in scrubs. One holds a baby, the
other a puppy. Sosi! Got picked up by a Grandia.
Yes, i am looking to occupy myself while waiting for the vet!
got back from the vet in time for a late lunch. best news EVAH,
Budi-cat is negative for both FIV/FELV. *huge relief*
all the way home the Budi-cat was serene and peeping out of her
carrier at the world, as if she'd meant to visit the vet all along. LOL!
however, getting the blood sample out of Budi-cat was a nasty
experience. matter of technique; the vet called in to help the attending
got t
whereas the attending (suspect was a resident) needed three tries
and by the fourth couldn't even get the needle near Budi.
@dragonsigh We had to
rush Budi to the vet over Christmas because of upper respiratory
infection. Massive, she was confined two nights.
@dragonsigh she came
home in time for Christmas, and has been eating like a horse ever since.
:) Today was her follow-up checkup.

to have her tested for the feline AIDS virus, so we did, and she's clean.
