• There must be something in the weather.
  Feeling like i'm moving about in a fog.
  
• For a holiday season, have had quite a bit of stress. OTOH 4
  more days left in 2010!!!
  
• Wednesday will have new glasses made. Thinking maybe partial
  cause of headaches is astigmatism.
  
• Having weekly massage therapy. Therapist says my scalp is
  crunching. I don't even know, folks. But i can feel my blood moving again.
  
• In retrospect, may have overspent on messenger tips. Not that i
  mind; it's well spent IMHO.
  
• Yeesh, feeling crunchy all over. My poor massage therapist is
  having a real workout getting rid of the knots.
