Well, the last entry was November 9th?
And since then, I have been either too busy or too lazy or too tired to contemplate sharing anything more than 140 characters - and not even Twitter has seen that much of me lately.
In any case, today was Divisoria day, and I can safely say that the bulk of the Christmas shopping is done. I say the bulk, because something will always come up wanting before the gifts are dispatched. Am not sure about sending out Christmas cards this year - I think I am not going to beat the Christmas rush at the post office. Plus, every time I have time to sit still, my heart's desire is for long naps. *wry grin*
So I've been busy, and recovering, and still busy. Expect this to be quite the state of affairs until January rolls in, maybe.

Basically I just got the t-shirts and towels of assorted sizes for Ma's Christmas loot bags; tote bags that fold up into their own carrying cases, a couple of table runners, pillow cases, and various bits and things that caught my eye.
168 is no longer your basic tiangge mall - phase 5 (!!) is well lighted and airconditioned, with escalators and elevators (not running yet, though) wide hallways and still the same rock-bottom prices. I don't know how they do it, but the formula appears to be working big time.
Have informed Ma that 2011 will see me going more often to Divi, the better not to have huge loads to carry home during Christmas. I *still* have not seen Tabora, except for the street sign!

Tip: On your way back using the train, be sure to lurk around the exit gate about 20mins before departure, so you can be among the first on board, with a chance of getting a seat near the door. *grin*

I was thinking of riding the ferry too, but I'll save that for something else.
