I'm all out of sorts
I guess it's because I'm at that point in my cycle where all my joie de vivre and my thought processes feel smothered in lethargy. I don't think it's hitting me as badly as it normally does, perhaps in part because of the Berocca fizzy vitamin drink tabs and other supplements I've been taking. Iron once a week - more than that and constipation is the result.
Otherwise, it's been a day of small steps. Ran laundry through the machine. Found the yarn I wanted to knit up, and realized that I would like to have US size 2 and 3 DPNS for Christmas or earlier, if I can make it to Dreams at some point. Will see what results I get with size 4 DPNS for this round, as my hands are getting restless for knitting. Have bunged yarn, DPNS and pattern into a ziploc bag to keep them organized.
Must schedule that trip to Divisoria soon. Corollary to this: must dig up Christmas gift list and start planning who gets what so I can carry list on this Divisoria visit.
Also, a drop-off at the Salesian Missions is in order, the boxes are full.
Poked around in one of the storage cabinets, and unearthed stuff for the eco-aide to pick up. Note to self: hang sign on the gate on Monday night. Have given instructions to the maid to squeeze in a thorough dusting of the space while I do the groceries tomorrow, and refill Ramon's prescriptions. Found Ma's first-ever floor polisher and it still works. May have to jury-rig something for the polishing pads...some analysis will be in order after the groceries are put away. Seems a shame to keep a perfectly good thing in storage when it could still be made to work.
Didn't nap today. This may be contributing to the general malaise. On the other hand, there's no hurry to get out of the house early tomorrow, so I can still manage my eight hours beauty repair sleep. *ehem*
OK, off to review tutorial videos at knittinghelp.com.
