(no subject)
Heh, putting "no subject" as the subject line has to be the epitome of
lazy. On the other hand, since I can't think of a subject line, and
I'd rather not see GMail ask if I *really* want to send the post
without a subject, the phrase will do nicely as a filler. *grin*
Clean laundry still needs to be put away. Tomorrow, definitely, while
waiting for Ma's PT to come over.
Watercare tech arrived, as expected. Never mind that he arrived
shortly after lunch and not at 10 AM, as per agreement. When I called
to check on his whereabouts at around 10.30 AM, was told he got roped
into an urgent meeting, but yes, as of that precise moment, he had
left the building. *chuckle* Whatever. He arrived, there was
cleaning of filters, tutorial on basic maintenance, and a
recommendation for the replacement of the ballast of the UV lamp. So
there will be another visit from the tech in the foreseeable future.
Just barely remembered to hand off gardener's salary for the day
before puttering off to the village clubhouse.
Got gas money for the Avanza. Why Dad didn't just top up the car when
he was the one who took it out all morning, will remain a mystery.
Posted two letters at the post office.
Submitted hubby's senior citizen prescription meds logbook for
renewal. Check back with barangay on Monday, or better yet, Tuesday.
Dropped hubby off at Alphaland so he could pick up deworming meds at
The Generics Pharmacy - for the kittens. They have reached that age
where deworming is necessary.
Puttered off to the gas station, where I gave the Avanza a full tank.
Then back to hubby at Alphaland. Then off to Park Square One, and a
pleasant afternoon at SM Makati. Things have changed since we were
last there - no more Kowloon House or Cebu Lechon. Merienda at the
food court - I like the Philly Cheese Steak pizza of Greenwich.
Bought spare parts for the water filter system. A little grocery
shopping for the chibi-cats, then home. Replaced carbon filter of
water filter system. Then life continued pretty much as usual.
Thus endeth the day. No naptime, must go now and pay my sleep debt.
