By way of self-encouragement

Because when the thermometer tells you it's 97.1 Farenheit outside,
then after ten minutes tells you it's 98 Farenheit...brains melt,
thinking dies. Or pretty close to that. So before amnesia takes
over, a list to remind myself that I wasn't completely useless
today...

• rearranged storage system in the office space. room feels
  somewhat neater as a result, and have put to use several items bought
  expressly to aid in organizing. not to mention, have culled items for
  throwing/donation and many things are now where they should be.


• maintenance crew was here to move the security light from its old
  location over the guest room windows, to the front corner of the
  house. used the old globe CFL fixture from the kitchen after I
  replaced it with a new 23-watt CFL "tornado" bulb. kept old socket
  for future use; road tested new setup tonight and it is peachy, how
  the front of the house looks now.


• Dad also had maintenance crew clean out screen door frames and
  adjust screen runners.


• brought the cars to the barangay for annual change of village
  decals. a much smoother operation than in previous years.


• burned off more files from the external HDD.


• cooked a chicken in the turbo-broiler for dinner

Somehow I feel that more happened, but these are the things that stand
out. Have to get to bed soon, need to bring in the Innova for its
regular maintenance early tomorrow.
