[Recap Post] April 29, 2010/Thursday

Half day at home, and a night out with good friends to discuss a newsletter:

• Spent all morning, in-between catching up on
  e-mails/feeds/LiveJournal and feeding the cats, ripping CDs and
  transferring their contents to the Walkman MP3. This was a process
  continued from the previous day.


• Yay for clear blue skies and hot sun - laundry day, and not a
  moment too soon, with the mountain of clothes that piled up from
  nearly a week of being out and about.


• I had a scheduled evening meeting with the Kampana newsletter
  people at 6pm. Since I was in the general vicinity, also scheduled a
  side trip to Healthy Options Greenbelt 5 to pick up vitamin
  supplements for Ma.


• Then fed hubby at Pho Hoa. Ordered our usual favorite noodle
  soup, with fried pork rolls to accompany it. Perfect!


• Received SMS that meeting venue had been moved from original to
  Teriyaki Boy at the de la Rosa car park - walking distance from
  Greenbelt. Yay, exercise! Good thing I brought my umbrella, though,
  since it deigned to rain and thus banish the lingering traces of my
  headache of doom (also a carryover from the day before).


• Meeting was, as is usual when the people involved are all of one
  mind, a smooth and laughter-filled event, in which things were planned
  out and decided upon with a minimum of fuss. We then adjourned to Mom
  & Tina's, for coffee and dessert. I had the butter cream cupcake and a
  latte. YUM.


• Arrived home in time for kittens' last feed of the night. Then
  got out of travel clothes, had a long, cool shower, made inroads on
  catching up with all the backlogs, and went to bed feeling
  righteous.
