Smile
Event of the day: husband lost his one-tooth denture and is now singing "I'll Never Smile Again" in a mournful voice. How did he manage this? He put the denture in his pocket before lunch, since it's a wee bit loose and it feels uncomfortable when he's eating. He put in the pocket with his hanky. He went to the bathroom to wash his hands and pulled out his hanky to dry them. Came back to our table and realized his tooth was missing. Went back to the rest room and couldn't find it. Am not sure I would even want him to put it back in his mouth, so it's just as well he didn't. So there's a visit to the dentist in our immediate future, and hopefully it won't cost *too* much.
In other news, picked up Ramon's weekly batch of tablets and proceeded to Cash n Carry for the weekly groceries. While at Cash n Carry:
* We had lunch. Ramon got his from the first floor food stalls and I got mine from Sbarro's again.
* I bought alligator clips from Ace Hardware.
* I bought assorted stuff at Japan Home Center.
* We bought the groceries. Am becoming partial to the Tender Bites meat counter over the Monterey counter these days.
Went home, put away the groceries, had dinner, got online. Had a shower, settled the cats, had ice cream. A quietly normal Saturday, after all the bustle of yesterday. *grin*
