Short Update

Nothing much of interest to share today. Spent it at home, and much of it offline – knitting, reading, tidying up the place. The cold/post-nasal thing and I are still at odds with each other, although I am managing to beat it into submission.

I think I need a wee bit more fiber and lots more water in my life at the moment.

Sleepy now. May as well scoot off to bed, since Ramon has to go in for his fasting blood sugar test tomorrow.
