• 06:18 o hai der leaking pipe! can it be repairs tiem nao, plz?
• 06:20 dad is being a bear this morning. has issues with eye, is wishing ill on opthalmologist. i say it's karma for all he wished on my hubby.
• 06:22 harsh, much? this is the man who only saw ramon's hospital confinements as inconveniences to his golf appointments.
• 06:23 eh. obviously I have issues with *that*. but at 6.22 IN THE MORNING, the clinic's not open. so what practical thing can be done, I ask?
• 09:32 gardener's here. maintenance crew here and gone and back later. maid out. goodness, but it's a busy morning!
• 10:12 i had a shower around 8AM. it's now just 10AM and i feel like i never felt the touch of soap and water. :(
• 10:30 finally! have the complete Hayate no Gotuku series. ::boggles:: Bleach is going to be a never-ending story, y/y?
• 11:25 up from catnap. still feeling woozy. will sleep later and the world go hang.
• 11:35 house is fixed. no more leaky pipe, no more busted hinge, front roof lights up. yayez!
• 11:37 the karaoke/radio has been scheduled for cleaning. water tanks still clean. baby ref freezer doesn't need defrost yet. all's well again.
• 13:07 lunch is done. :) dishes scraped and in the sink, waiting for maid to get back. ::looks out window:: man, but it is HOT outside.
• 13:07 yup, it's hot. temp = 93 F.
• 13:13 am starting to wake up from catnap i had earlier. yes, my brains take that long...gardener has coffee at 3pm, so can't really nap now.
• 13:27 oh BLAST! i just discovered i didn't program DVR for the week. hubby is short one movie and i'm out of AC360 since Tuesday. ::frustrated::
• 18:14 changed LJ layout again! will be done catching up in time for dinner...and then, off to do my xanga writer's prompt post.
• 20:17 dinner is finished...LJ-land is not. but kitty litter pans are cleaned out, and now that everyone's settled down, maybe I can, too?
• 21:20 LJ-land pretty much on the way to being finished. house closed up for the night. "settling down" is an elusive concept for me, apparently.
• 21:21 will take a bath before doing that xanga post. ::nods:: ice water when the outside temp is 88.3 F is a lovely thing, and to be savored!
