11:41 changed taal vista lodge reservations - now it's on may 5 with hubby only, instead of may 4 with parents for ma's birthday

11:42 set up chicken quarters for lunch - turbo grilling is the best! also, programmed DVR for the week.

13:00 carbon emacs installed. should start getting ready to bring dad to the opthalmologist.
21:43 opthalmologist gave dad eyedrops and medicine. seems dad had a blood pressure spike that popped a capillary in his eye...checkup on thursday
21:44 picked up soda, cat treats, bread at the grocery while dad got his eye medications.
21:46 changed maids. new maid is 30, has experience working with expats. hopefully will last a good long while.
21:46 now catching up with LJ-land. no posting today, though. feeling dim at the moment.
22:41 fresh out of the shower. will let my hair dry out (in time to finish reading LJ) and then, off to sleep!
