So we have a new channel on SkyCable
It's called AXN Beyond.
Aside from running shows like The Dresden Files, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and everyone's beloved Supernatural?
They are running The X-Files. ::bounce::
From the beginning. ::bounce!squee::
Ramon and I watched the part where Scully runs into Mulder's hotel room, scared stiff about her mosquito bites, and here's my hubby, who has *never* seen any part of The X-Files before, saying: "Aw, man, kiss the girl already! What more can you ask for!"
::huge happy grin::
I forsee many happy spousal bonding moments in the future...

In the end, things worked out all right. I have a 1Mbps account under ZPDee, bundled with SkyCable Gold. At first we were debating going Platinum, but then (a) we can hardly watch the channels we have, and (b) no high-tech TV to truly appreciate the signal and (c) Jeebus, the *expense*!!

At this time of night, there's a perceptible slowdown in speed, maybe more folks are out in cyberspace?
SkyCable Gold comes in about 900.00. All the usual suspects as far as channels go, plus a new lineup since Solar jumped over to Global Destiny (thereby depriving my husband of his NBA fix).
Customer service as far as TV/cable status queries are concerned, is satisfactory. Or at least, I have found them to be so.
