Well, DAMN if I didn't do it after all!

After a little over a year, I finally got my old 1984 Europe travel blog posted on WordPress! ::dies:: That makes two travel journals up - Switzerland, and my first trip to Europe. It feels so good to be able to cross this out of my "things to do before I die" list. ::bounce::

It also gives me hope that I can post up my Europe 2000 travel journal in its entirety before 2008 ends. Whee!

As a result, I've been doing a little file maintenance around the hard drives, and things are looking up. Laundry is done and out in a beautiful sunny morning, hubby is getting around his gastritis (day 2 of meds); the check for the termite control people has been written and the form faxed.

Not bad for a morning's work.
