Spa Afternoon!
There wasn't much of note to blog about yesterday. Stayed home, mostly, until it was time to go to church. Then back home, since the weather has *finally* turned, and we are getting as much rain as humidity - so I ordered dinner in from Max's, and a good time was had by all.
I did tap out some more text on the little drabbles that I started the other day, though. I'm not sure where those plot lines are going, but they'll be needing beginnings and middles at some point if I keep on with them. ::grin::
This morning was just as slow - brought Ramon and the maid to church, had coffee in Starbucks, bought fruit juices for the larder, and then back homeafter dropping by the Cash-n-Carry express.
This afternoon was fun; I booked an appointment at The Spa at the Mandarin Oriental for me and Ma. She had the Bentosa and Hilot package, while I had the Heavenly Asian which consists of a foot massage and a head/upper back massage. Yum! My therapist recommends I should have a facial on my next visit, as she says my nose is all over blackheads. ::shrug:: They're trying to make it more tempting by announcing their new promotional packages, too.
I may take them up on the offer towards the end of the month, when the grocery money is supposed to grow a little bit larger. Or maybe I'll keep it till August, to have something to spice up the month. ::grin::
Done with mail and feeds, about to start on LJ_Friends. A nice quiet day, and a cool one. Just the way a Sunday should be.
