Event of the Day: A quiet day at home. Did the last of the necessary tweaking on the Ubuntu box, and everything works, even the printer. *bounce*

Got a lot of use out of the netbook as well, since after lunch I felt too lazy to switch the desktop back on. Besides, it was raining, and it was more fun to cuddle up in bed with all the pillows and such. *grin* Learned to get familiar with Windows XP again, and started wondering about Windows 7 for the netbook, despite all rhyme or reason. I am generally of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" school, so I can't see why I would need Win7 at the moment. On the other hand, plans change, rocks fall, etc. Will read up on other people's experiences betimes.
