Gee, but I am tired.
The week to date has focused on getting the Avanza registered. Called my insurance agent and arranged to pick up the certificate of cover; went to the emission center and got the car tested. Lunch in Glorietta, paid bills in SM, talked myself put of getting a new duvet till i figured out the old ones.
I missed the registration done by the mobile LTO because they shifted the venue to Forbes for the May and June schedules. So it was back to the Pilillia office, where things have changed yet not changed.
(And here i have just given myself a scare by wondering if I remembered where I put the new sticker. Yup, it's where it is. Phew.)
The biggest change for me, and a true WTF monent, was seeing electronic numbers at the windows. Of all the things the LTO could spend money on, it had to be window numbers? RLY? The old ones were just fine...why not get an Iwata air cooler to circulate the air? "Muggy" did not even begin to describe...
So I accomplished the registration with a minimum of fuss, and a great deal of patience. My mobile data bill will be ginormous, but worth it. At least i was amused.
Then off to Rockwell, which was fairly cool. Was sorely tempted to visit The Spa, as my head was thumping, but I passed in favor of an excellent lunch at The Farm Organics. Lots of leisurely walking after that. Got a few things out of Muji. Window shopping at Marks and Sparks, plus a few other stores. Must try the dimsum place next time, and see why everyone seems to be gaga over xiao long bao.
Today was replenish supplies day. Pet Express, lunch at Army Navy, Landmark first to look at duvets (noted: Php 1300 for a twin, will wait for a sale), and then the Supermarket for groceries. As always, i completed the grocery list, and had a mild headache.
So tonight, i am going to wash up, take my insulin, and sleep like a log. It's showering, maybe it will a whole night affair...
