It's been some kind of a day. But the crowning glory of it is, the kittens are all spayed and neutered. *huge sigh of relief* Rossi is home, but the girls had to stay overnight since their operations started late. Couldn't be helped - i slept most of the morning away, and brought them in after lunch.

The veterinary office has renovated, a bit. It looks pretty, i must say.

Surprise of the day: our Rollo is a girl after all. So that makes her Rolla? I wonder if Chianti's bad eye was removed, the vets all said it would be better for her. I guess i'll find out tomorrow. She does very well with one eye as it is, mischievous and affectionate little thing as she is.

Noel our handyman called, he'll come in tomorrow. He was sick, poor man - between the rain and moving house, it was all too much.

Sleep calls. Tomorrow is a new day.
