I've got this burning ambitison to travel. Not to Hong Kong or Singapore or London (though I'd love to do that - again); but around the Philippines. Back to Legaspi which is the heritage from my grandmother and mother. (The AIR, dear sweet Lord, the AIR. Especially from the resthouse on Mayon Volcano...) See what Batanes and the Ilocos region looks like...I am a sucker for cliff views and beaches. Food trip my way around Bacolod, Cebu, and Iloilo; and while I'm at it, visit the *other* side of Boracay. Plus I have a yearning to see what SM and Ayala have done with Davao (fresh Cavendish bananas always a good incentive as well). PLUS it seems like nine hundred years since I've seen Baguio.

Of course, with everyone's health issues what they are, this may take a while in coming to fruition. But maybe, just maybe...
