Yesterday's events

Testing out a new diary application, to make up for the times I don't want to use the computer.

Feel tired, it was a long day. Au (cousin Ben's wife) came over to take care of some business, and asked me to drive her there. No bother, the place she needed to visit was near home. So we went; the business was mercifully -and surprisingly for a government entity- short. Then we had a nice visit while she waited for her ride back to Batangas, where she is staying with her mom. (99yrs old, and had her first -mild- stroke. Materiales fuertes, bless her.)

From there Ramon and I went to Pet Express to get kibble, litter, and some pouch food.

Dropped by the laundry, but clothes needed folding. Told to come back by 5pm.

Late lunch at Mann Hann at Mall of Asia. The rambled through Astrovision, Ace Hardware, and Watson's. Got a mop for Dad, plastic matting for Mom, roach spray for me.

Ramon tired out before Ace Hardware, poor dear. Fortunately, SM has seen fit to provide additional seating -at least, I never noticed them there before this- and so I was able to add to my Christmas stash.

Picked up Ramon at the outer entrance of the Hypermart. Then we found a new way to Buendia that makes me happy. There was hardly any traffic, which made me happier!

Back at the laundry, where the clothes were finally ready. Then home in time for dinner.

Sleepy now. Time to grab some shut eye.

Love it, a sort of back to normal post. What's the app?

It's called "Memoire", got it off the Android store. Because, some days, you just don't want to turn on the computer, but you do want to get stuff down. I use it with an app that posts to my Dreamwidth, which cross-posts to LiveJournal.

Am thankful I preserved the plastic cover of the monitor. Someone managed to sprinkle the covers (I have two, but one is not plastic), as a way of marking territory. *sigh* So the monitor lives, thanks to a quick wipe with a paper towel. Phew!
