Today was a good day. Woke up to the sound of rain on the roof and the kitties wondering MARMAR WHY SO WET?
Everyone slept in. Though Qbie checked in within his usual window of appearance, so that was good. The little boy is a good eater - wet food, kibble, vitamins without complaint, and even kitty milk. Well, he needs it, playboy that he is.
Pebbles showed up tonight also, ate two pouches. That was good.
Cleaned up the office after lunch. Got rid of a lot of things that had been lying around, and discovered things I could use as gifts this Christmas - if I can remember them when Christmas comes.
I dusted, I wiped down things, I reconfigured the arrangement of the bins, I took inventory...my hands were FILTHY by the end of it. I had to change shirts three times, I was sweating like a dripping sponge. But various reading materials stored in the open are now dusted and in ziplock bags. *fist pump* Progress has been made, and this is good.
After a good long rest, I had a nice hot shower, and it was good to feel clean again.
Yesterday was a good day too; well, other than the contretemps with my one external drive. I sorted out my mish-mash of bookmarks and now it's more streamlined.
Tomorrow I'm going to try attacking my old clothes. There is stuff in the closet that hasn't been taken out since I was in the corporate world! High time it went to charity, and fortunately, I found the Caritas box in Santuario. If it works out, then I will have at least three empty bins and two closets to organize. Whoa.
