Mon, 21:20: Methinks i had better find a linux friendly scanner. Wonder if CDR King has one. Because it suuucks keeping WinXP just for the scanner.
Mon, 21:33: Gah. The netbook is fussing, Windows won't start. Will just reinstall tomorrow. Need to buy a new keyboard.

Mon, 22:55: Yeba...Qbie woke me up, he was yelling at Pebby not to come in. Put him in kitchen, he immediately settled down on top of cabinet.
Mon, 22:57: Pebby, thankfully, is busy devouring the kibble I left out for him. He was here earlier for wet food. All is well.
Tue, 06:39: Day is off to a good start. Dad's laundry almost done, Ma's laundry next. Had morning cereal. Can't find my WinXP disc.
Tue, 06:41: Maybe it's a sign I should turn the netbook into Linux? Shoestring budget+Not a power user+Free and legal=happy user.

Tue, 06:46: Tomorrow is dividend day, one car is color coded. So must engineer schedule with Dad. This will be accompanied by the usual swearing.
