Well, it's been a day. :)
1) My cousin's wife came to visit us; she's on a visit to her mom in Batangas and dropped by to say hello to Ma. Good thing Ma was already up.
2) My cousin Gerry, my most favorite cousin in ever, also came to visit. Good heavens, but he's gained weight. He also came bearing tidings of a familial nature, said tidings having to do with mayhem and foolishness among the older members. Oh dear.
3) After they left, I went to Cartimar to get badly needed kitty food and litter.
4) After that, I went to Cash n Carry, where I got badly needed groceries for the house.
5) Ma moved from her chair to her regular place in the dining room - with assistance, of course. She is rapidly regaining her place in the family. :)
6) Ramon was peckish with his food today. I guess he's still adjusting to being out of the hospital - he's still pretty much in sleepy mode. But he's recovering, too.
Then of course, just when I'm hoping for a peaceful Sunday, the water filter lights start blinking. ::eyes water filter evilly::

I told my cousin that I only listened to this for
a) the entertainment value - he makes it sound like a bad telenovela,
b) to be updated so as not to be the clueless relative who steps on everyone's toes on Facebook (ech).
Please, with all that's been going on at home, the last thing I need is to be embroiled in drama that isn't mine!
