Had fun in Waltermart. Went to Starbucks and only now learned that coffee jelly was an add-on. No other barista ever mentioned it before, so I tried it with my latte. Was worth the extra 40 bucks? Nothing to write home about, IMHO.
Took the time to wander through the upper floors, and discovered things. Unlike Ace Hardware, the hardware outlet here does not carry cat food. Discrimination most foul, say I! However, it does carry other interesting things, some of which I bought. I ought to post a picture of the new kitchen soap holder.
Found a place that offered foot spa services, and finally had my poor neglected feet attended to. Which reminds me that I should slather lotion on them before I sleep.
Had merienda with hubby at Chow King. It was nice to see him not wilting from the heat for a change! Then to the supermarket for groceries. For some reason I am on a liquid soap kick. Picked up Safeguard and Johnson's, all the variants.
Got home. Fed cats. Cleaned litter pans. Dinner with family while watching American Idol. Still cannot figure how Elise got the boot? Went out to enjoy the air.
Maid came home from day off. Locked up house, had shower, and that, as they say, is all the news there is.
