coming up for air
hullo, am using this quiet time to do a brain dump of sorts - and reassure
anyone still following me that I haven't turned into a mindless twitter
bot. *smile*
just two more weeks before the end of first quarter 2012. life has been
good so far, except that the flow of it all has invalidated my old routine
completely. have been pushed out of my comfort zone in many ways, which may
yet be a good thing, IDK.
walking a financial tightrope again, which is, frankly, quite tiresome. if
I felt I had the spiritual ability, I would try rebuking this whole
situation; but as I am not yet sure the good Lord would think well of such
a thing, I'm not going to attempt it and stick to prayer for the moment.
in any case, I do know that help will come. it's the suspense of waiting
that makes it hard. also, have been reminded that I still have my PSP and
its accessories to sell, and a Game Boy Advance with its accessories that
can also be sold. I just have to get proper pics and put them up on the
online classifieds. the hard part is the pricing.
otherwise, life goes on. Ramon had an excellent checkup last 13th, the
doctor was pleased to reduce the dosage and frequency of two medicines.on
the 19th he has a birthday, and I have absolutely no idea what to do with
it. after all, it's not like he can go food tripping or anything. we'll
figure something out.
my toilet needed a new bidet, which provided my ration of excitement for
the week. the itchy throat I was wrestling with, has been beaten by lagundi
syrup, dextromethorpan lozenges, and an upper body massage that worked the
phelgm out of my lungs.
have been online, not so much for the social interaction, as to work on
some long-deferred projects. a case of two steps forward, one back; but at
least there is forward motion.
eh, here it is going on 11pm. time to sleep!

It was sad to let go of the Nintendo DS but dont really feel the need for one anymore.

haha, I just realized I have an excuse to visit Virra now. Ramon needs a new phone, the Sony Ericcson that served him so well is going wonky...battery charge problems. maybe we could toss that in with the PSP for a few more bucks and get a nice my|Phone with proper battery life and a 5MP camera, with some change left over. *bg*

Awww, I bet he's sad to let the Sony ericson go. As much as Id like to support local celphone companies, Ive read some rants how for the same amount of money they could have gotten a better phone.
My mini xperia is second hand though, gotten for half the price and works well. Just putting it out there.

ps, how is Dewey? have not had time to read through all the LJ entries I missed, esp yours. Qbie deigns to spend the nights at home now, and Paddycat has learned to stop doing karaoke through the night. it is good to sleep solidly again!
