Event of the Day: Bringing Budi-cat to the vet for a checkup. Poor little sweet was badly constipated, trying to do her bizness and not getting anywhere with it. After one day of trying home remedies, I thought it was time for expert intervention. The vet and his assistant were very patient with her while she made it very clear that DO NOT WANT DIS THING WHAT IS UP MAH BUTT, MARMAR, PARPAR, WHYYYYYY all over the clinic.
Our poor baby...she was totally exhausted by the time things shifted and we could go home. She has to have laxative for a while, and an antibiotic. Ramon had the top of the carrier open in the car, on the way home, and Budi-luv being a daddy's girl, she purred and dozed off against his hand all the way back to the house.
Naturally, once she was back in familiar surroundings? She settled down to fix herself up as if nothing had ever happened to her. Bwahaha.
I brought an old lamp to Aristocrat Lamps at the Home Depot Reclamation Area branch. They said to try and bring it to the main office at Reliance (the Paragon Building) to see if it could be fixed there. Works out pretty well - whatever happens, Ramon and I can go visit places north of Makati like Megamall or Robinson's or even Trinoma. Whatever. There's always Greenhills as well.
Wanted to have a massage after all the official business was done, but the spa in Alphaland was fully booked till 4pm, and the Bench Fix didn't have anyone on hand for a chair massage. Buu. It's either the blind massage spa at Cash or home service that would seem to be the most reliable these days.
Ended up having merienda at Le Coeur de France and brought home some tarts instead. *smile* Passed by Mercury Drug for Budi's medicines, and then Rustan's for last-minute cat supplies before home to life as usual.
