Fwd: Thursday, 14-July-2011 :: Event/s of the Day & Twitter Log
Events of the Day: Dad stayed home while the avocado tree had its branches trimmed; in the meantime, brought Ma and Ramon to the bank so that Ma could *finally* get her new ATM card - which she promptly entrusted to me once again. *blink*
Then it was off to Alphaland, and lunch at Sizzling Pepper Steak. While waiting for the food to arrive, hustled off to Generics Pharmacy for first-aid meds (paracetamol, ibuprofen) and Mr. Quickie to have the house key duplicated. After lunch, a quick stop at the supermarket to get the J&J powder variant that Ma likes, and file for a replacement store card.
Then Mercury Drug Santuario, to get medicine for one of the maids. Ramon did the actual purchasing while I stayed in the car with Ma.
Then home to life as usual. It's pretty much all in the tweets under the cut. I did manage to squeeze in a nap before dinner, and it was a lovely thing.
