Event of the Day: Cash and Carry, for the usual routine, with added security measures. It's so nice to know that the security people were sort of shadowing me throughout the supermarket. Either that, or there must be more of them - kept spotting the familiar men in earpieces in nearly every aisle I walked down. This is good, but the management should really get into the 21st century with a CCTV system. It would certainly help the roving security converge on suspicious people faster if someone could tell them where to go, yes/yes?

Apparently, the main deliveries arrive on Sunday. So there were only four small bags of Kitty's Crumble at the pet supply, which I bought. All of them, yes. Discovered that the Majestic Ham stall is already taking orders for Christmas hams, with 5% discount if ordered within the month of July. Have made plans to order next go-round. I refuse to let one bad incident keep me away from the one place that has everything I could want in a mall, so there! Have resolved to be more watchful in future, and there an end.

My monitor that was just repaired in June has that damned ink-blot stain that bespeaks of damage. Arrrrgh. Will take it in on Wednesday after a due diligence search for the receipts (which means I should designate Monday as "clean up the blasted paper files already" day). I am beginning to formulate plans in my head for my next computer system; which I really should get down on paper so as to see in black and white, feasibility of same. First things first, after all.

Tomorrow is a day of rest. This is a good thing all around.
