Event of the Day: About 80% complete regarding the restoration of documents lost. The running tally as of the 29th is as follows:
Ramon's prescription list -
Driver's license - replaced
Mobile phone SIM - replaced
Ramon's senior cards/booklets - claim on Friday
Mobile phone - replaced (and *how* - this tablet phone is a BAMF of a thing)
Mobile landline SIM - replaced
Mobile landline phone - replaced
Phones accessorized
ATM Cards - replaced
Mercury Drug Suki Card - replaced
Rustan's Fresh Card - replaced
Credit card - replaced
SM Prestige Card - for replacement in 2wks, earlier if I can find a receipt with the old card number *grf*
Credit card - replaced
Not bad, all things considered. Now there was a whole other bunch of loyalty cards that were lost, but I didn't want them back as keenly as I did the three I mentioned above. So all in all, my bag is lighter by several ounces; streamlined, if you will. Maybe I should keep a smaller bag from this point forward, since it's been noted that stuff expands to fill the empty spaces.
At home, the roofing projects are almost done. The new corrugated clear plastic (?) sheets for the lanai are stacked in the laundry area ready for installation. So as July swings in, we will have a place to watch the green things grow again. Am somewhat tired from all the running around, but life continues to find a way. And it is good, and we are grateful.
