Event of the Day: discovering that the Automall LTO office where I used
to register the cars is now gone, taken over by the Chery car
dealership. Apparently you have to go to Pililla to register the car;
which isn't really so bad except that the parking lot is the size of a
postage stamp. Surely the LTO could find someplace in Makati with wider
dimensions to move into?
Also, need to pick up my LCD monitor from CD-R King. It needed a bit of
tweaking.
Rewarded Ramon for his assistance in registering the car, with lunch at
Mongkok in Rockwell. We tried the shrimp foo yung - not bad, but Savory
does their crab foo yung much better. (Now I need to find a recipe for
egg foo yung.)
Groceries, then home to life as usual. Heat was good for the roof
painting, but bad for the head. Mrmph.
