Event of the Day: The genset going down, in the middle of a power
outage. Fortunately was able to get hold of the maintenance crew, but
in one of those lovely twists of fate, they couldn't find anything wrong
once they got to the house. OK, to be fair, it was supposed to be the
radiator, but it was full...in the end, the genset started up as sweetly
as it ever did, and not half an hour after the crew left, the power came
back on. *scratches head*
In other news, I did some tweaking with my Linux set up, and learned a
whole lot of new things that are making the system run better. Managed
to log in a whole lot of sleep time during the day. Caught up with
online stuff after the power came back on, and life as usual followed
from there.

back on. *wry smile* life can be awfully curious, sometimes. #
