Event of the Day: Went out in the face of an impending typhoon (which
never made landfall anywhere in the country, for which praise God) to
refill the diesel jerricans and replenish the pussycat stores.
Let's see...Ma had her physical therapy session, after which we dropped
the PT at Alphaland. Had lunch at the SM Makati Food Court. Rambled
all over Watson's, which is always fun, as I like the products they
carry. Especially the deals on the in-house products. *grin* What can
I say, it's been a while since I've had the chance to toddle about
there.
Rambled through the department store. Apparently there appears to be
renovation going on in the ladies' department - which they have
rearranged, so that I was a bit confuzzled looking for familiar things
like dusters. But it looks to be a very pretty setup once things are
all fixed up.
Made use of the Prestige Lounge, then strolled through the appliance
center; then down to Ace Hardware for a bottle of Rugby. Rejoined hubby
at the supermarket, bought all manner of stuff from the stalls along the
main concourse, then home.
Life as usual followed. Don't remember what else I did, but it was
tiring - I was yawning by 10pm.
