Event of the Day: chilling in both the figurative and literal sense, in the hospital. Things moved really fast this time; as you'll see in the tweets, we got a large private room near the nurses' station after refusing admission to the ICU. He was literally out of the hospital bed by 3.00am and sleeping on the couch.

As per usual routine, I left for home as soon as he was settled, to get our hospital go-bag stuff and make sure all the chibi-cats were settled for the night themselves. Then back to the hospital via McDonald's Greenbelt for a tummy that suddenly decided it needed more food than I was capable of eating at home. Managed quickie updates of mail and Twitter before leaving home, and settled into hospital routine quickly.

We had a good night, and a good morning when Ramon's cardio said that for all intents and purposes, Ramon was fit to be released, but said another day of rest to make sure his heart enzymes were behaving, would be needed.

• 00:15:04: So guess who's back in hospital again? We had a lucky hunch and bed rest was ordered asap.
  
• 00:16:32: We refused admission to icu, and got a large private rm in makati med. Ramon's being weaned off isoket and O2.
  
• 00:18:21: So hopefully we are discharged tomorrow? Que sera sera.
  
• 00:22:25: We arrived ER around 5.30pm, ramon was settled in room by 8.30pm.
  
• 00:22:38: The room is nice. Worlds away from small private rm.
  
• 00:23:55: Just had a huge mcdo dinner. Wasn't able to eat while settling the house and cats.
  
• 03:33:50: @dcpswann He was fine until after he drank some of that cobra energy drink, then he turned into michael burble. He's ok now.
  
• 03:36:42: @WoodsonHawk *hug* thank you! He's restimg quietly now. No more IV drip or oxygen.
  
• 08:26:53: @dcpswann We had a walk around after bfast. :) he's in much better shape compared to his last admission.
  
• 08:28:25: @dcpswann We really want to go home while we're covered by the deposit! :)
  
• 08:31:13: @dcpswann He just had one IV bag of isoket, and his regular meds. Right now he's sleeping on the couch. We have a large private this time.

I am glad Ramon is okay! Wow, I did not know energy drinks could do that to a person. I am glad I don't drink them, even with an okay hear. Hope you guys get a chance to relax and everyone is feeling better soon. <3

As of this writing, we are all doing our best to keep cool. Summer has come into full force, after that tropical storm we just had, and I am wearing sunblock even at home; just five minutes in the laundry area, and I am *toast*.

All is well for now. Cats and kittens happy to have their Parpar back, especially Baguette, who shadows him everywhere.

*hug hug hug* I'm so glad he's okay! Yeah, energy drinks are definitely not good for that sort of thing. (I don't think they're good for anybody, personally, but especially people with heart conditions.)
