• Used measuring cup for cough syrup dose
  last night. Turns out my teaspoons were less than minimum dose.
  
• Diphenhydramine HCL=Antihistamine=Benadryl. Still sleepy after
  last night's 5ml.
  
• And of course my cycle started yesterday. Whooo.
  
• Diphenhydramine has gone straight to my head. Feeling woozy.
  Breakfast should fix this.
  
• Lightbulb moment: discovered which button on the mobile phone
  controls the zoom function.
  
• At makati med path lab. Ramon is in the queue for blood
  extraction.

Diphenhydramine is my migraine saviour for when the triptans don't work. 25-50mg and I am out like a light! Has significantly cut down on my painkiller consumption. Anyway, I hope you feel better soon!
