Jun. 2nd, 2018 01:07 pmHome for the day. After all the running around I did yesterday, I am bushed. Also, I since it's the weekend and everyone is at the grocery, I hope to stay home and do my groceries on Monday.
The new car alarm works a treat. Worth all the time I spent cooling my heels in the shop. And the nice techie tucked away the wiring for the dashcam. Now I'm trying to figure out what I can get for the Innova to have its dashcam wiring tidied up. 😁
After the alarm was installed, the it was off to Cash and Carry for a late lunch, or merienda-cena (late heavy tea). So of course I had to try the *breakfast* platter. 😄 Don't judge, I was hungry. It was rather good, actually.
Then I strolled around the shops. Picked up a small tray for my powders and lotions, and a wall clock at Japan Home. Nothing much on the mezzanine, nor did I see anything on the second and third floors.
Down to the supermarket to check the rabbit food... Hagen is out of stock, and I don't know that the Edison brand is any good.
Crowded Starbucks next, and because of the crowd of happy loiterers (what, they were obviously done with their coffee!), was forced to sit outside. *meeble* Never again.
Picked up our former cook after her shift at bestie's house. She's subbing for her sister, who is having a day off with her kids and grandkids. Traffic was a bit heavy, but we managed to still be ahead of the rush hour.
Got home a little late, but not enough to worry dad. After dinner, feeding the cats, and bedtime ablutions, it was off to sleep. 🙃
