Event of the Day: Keeping tabs on the news about the Norway bombing and shooting. Such a tragic waste of life - including the alleged perp's. I say this in the light of reports about the perp's manifesto, the time and money he spent on hating/extreme thinking is just as tragic as the shoot-up. To want to change the system so much that he would be willing to spend 300,000 Euro on his plans, plus years of research and what all...it's such a waste, when such determination might have brought about change without having to kill people.

As the Facebook cliche goes, "It's complicated". Yup. It is.

Anyway, it's been pretty much the quiet weekend - which I am relishing. Monday will bring a slew of activities to round out all the activity for July - a month whose back I cannot wait to see.
