Loud *duh* moment of enlightenment.

So tonight there is a glorious almost-full moon outside. It lacks a sliver or two to come into glory.

After letting in all the kitties that wanted to come in, and turning out the porch lights, I remembered Daddy's night-vision binoculars sitting on the shelf of the foyer mirror. Grabbed them, adjusted the focus, and had me a glorious moon-watching festival. Never mind the stiff neck from viewing the moon directly overhead, the view was divine.

Then...I CAN HAZ A PIFANEE! Why didn't I remember these binoculars during New Year? I could've had a field day watching the fireworks...
