That's the new code phrase in the house, now that all the tension and "excitement" of Ramon's gastritis attack has come and gone. He's recovering gradually, but definitely on the way there. Per mutual agreement, he had a fairly bland diet so as not to interrupt the progress gained by the addition of new medicines to his chemical cocktail. Thankfully, the new ingredients will only be in the mix for a week, after which we are back to the usual medicines.

Was able to reimburse some of the grocery expenses. ::is relieved:: With proper timing, I can get the full amount into the bank and survive September until the new money comes in.

Otherwise, there isn't much to comment about the day. I did catch the CNN special "Growing Up Diana", and found it quite interesting. Then Ramon and I went to Mass, picked up a few groceries, and back home again.

Oh, I did end up installing a new disc player to the speaker system, after the previous one refused to read a Rod Stewart original CD under any circumstances. So the old player will go back into its box, and the new one is working a treat. ::grin::

Other than that? Not much. But that's saying quite a lot, since, when you're in the middle of exciting events, that's the one thing you want more than anything else in the world.

So what now? ::grin:: I go off and continue that drabble-turning-fanfic once I get the cats inside. I have the time now!
